Ronna and Robert Lee each bring more than 25 years of experience helping clients in Ottawa find and create solutions to their most pressing problems. With a background in training and education, Ronna has designed innovative and creative programs for her clients. As a customer service expert, Robert has more than 25 years of experience, working with a diverse range of clients helping them acquire the quality, affordable services they desire.
With aging parents and relatives, both Ronna and Rob have closely observed the current available care options in Ottawa and they realize there is a pressing need for outstanding, more affordable and safe senior care services as well as warm, personal care for seniors at home. They also want to focus their expertise and skills on helping families navigate the health system and to offer a premier service to seniors and those requiring some assistance.
Ronna and Rob believe in the philosophy and approach of Living Assistance; building warm, personal relationships, delivering quality care at the highest standard of service and treating families and their loved ones personally and with dignity and respect. Living Assistance Services is celebrating more than a decade and a half of providing outstanding home care service for seniors and their families and, with this, comes the expertise, experience and wisdom—and success-- gained during those many years.
